Billeaud Properties
Located within the corporate limits of the City of Broussard, southeast of Lafayette, this complex fronts U.S. Hwy 90 (future I-49 extension), a major four-lane highway 10 miles from the junction of Interstates 10 and 49. Port of Krotz Springs
Owned and operated by the Greater Krotz Springs Port Authority, this complex is located within the corporate limits of the Town of Krotz Springs, just off U.S. Hwy 190, a major four-lane only 17 miles from I-49 in the City of Opelousas, and 40 miles from I-10 in Baton Rouge. The 30 remaining acres available can be leased for $1,500 an acre per year, or $2,500 an acre per year for waterfront property. This complex presently serves commercial and industrial customers.

Owned by St. Martin Parish and operated by the St. Martin Economic Development Authority (SMEDA), this 148-acre development (with 133.7 acres available) is located minutes south of the City of Broussard off U.S. Hwy 90 (future I-49 extension). Located between the Lafayette Regional Airport and the Acadiana Regional Airport, this property is close to both the Port of Baton Rouge and the Port of Iberia. The park offers water, sewer and three-phase underground electrical service. Streets are asphalt with lighting and swale ditches. Cost per acre ranges from $29,500 to $32,500.

Breaux Bridge Business Park (Proposed)
In the preliminary stages of development, this 85-acre park is located within the corporate limits of the City of Breaux Bridge, just off I-10. Owned by the City of Breaux Bridge and operated by the St. Martin Economic Development Authority (SMEDA), the park will offer municipal water and sewer, asphalt streets with swale ditches, street lighting and three-phase underground electrical service. Located on the south side of I-10 at the intersection of La. Hwy 328 (Rees Street), the park will offer easy access to the interstate. The property is located five miles from the intersection of Interstates 10 and 49 in the City of Lafayette, 45 miles from the Port of Baton Rouge via I-10 and within 45 miles of three regional airports.
